Note: The members at the Annual Meeting passed a motion to allow the finance committee full access to all financial records and procedures. The committee is to report back to the membership at a meeting in three months, their findings, recommendations, and the corrective actions the Board has taken. The membership may then vote to approve or suggest further action. The next meeting will be held on May 18 immediately after the second service.
